The hotel boasts stunning views across the valleys and mountains. Every detail in the room felt thoughtfully curated. the decor was beautiful. I loved the cozy sitting area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The staff demonstrated exceptional service, especially Jorge from the restaurant. He offered fantastic dining recommendations and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The property was impeccably clean and had a peaceful atmosphere, which I truly appreciated. However, the distance from the center of the city posed a challenge as getting there required a drive. Additionally, there was a mild odor in the bathroom that lingered despite the staff's initiatives to address it. Overall, the experience was enjoyable, but some minor issues could use attention.

gorgeous pool, well-kept grounds, stunning design
The jacuzzi in our room was disappointing. it didn't heat properly, and the jets were underwhelming!!! Plus, the slight odor in the bathroom was off-putting – it felt like staff could have been more proactive with solutions!!!

Mixed Experience with Great Staff and Amenities
The jacuzzi room had heating issues, which was disappointing since we booked it specifically for that feature. Despite that, the staff's efforts to assist were commendable. Enjoyable dining options were available on site, providing a nice break from exploring. Plan ahead for your specific room amenities.
